A PKR 200,000 salary never costs PKR 200,000. Employer contributions, benefits and everyday overhead quietly add 15–30%. Before you approve a new hire, enter the salary and add-ons to see the true monthly and yearly cost — and a realistic hiring budget.

How it works

Employer add-ons = salary × employer contribution% + monthly benefits + monthly overhead. True monthly cost = salary + add-ons. The multiplier (true cost ÷ salary) is the figure experienced managers plan with: a multiplier of 1.21 means every PKR 100 of salary really costs the business PKR 121. Contribution rates and benefit costs vary by company and province — use your own actuals.
